I was contacted pretty quickly after I applied and an initial 'chat' was set up with a talent manager. After that I was selected for an in-person interview at their offices in London. Unfortunately I never heard back from them, despite being told they would 'be in touch'. This was extremely disappointing as I had to lie to my current employers as to my whereabouts for an hour and a half to go to the interview in person, and then not hear anything back.

The interview process started with a 30-minute chat with an account manager and an account director. Then, there were a few short tests that took about 30 minutes to complete independently. The final part was a 20-minute conversation with the two colleagues, joined by a senior member of the business. The team was friendly, and the interview wasn't too formal. They focused on understanding my background and past projects. They gave good details about the role and the company. I didn't get the job and had to email a couple of times for feedback. They provided helpful feedback, mentioning they thought the role was too junior for me, even though I'd explained why I applied given my experience. Despite not being selected, it was still a positive experience, and I could sense it's a good place to work.

It was a very casual meeting with the head of the department, followed by another meeting with them where the final offer was extended. It seems they really value reputation and direct connections, so don't hesitate to reach out directly if you're really interested in a role. They do tend to keep candidates on file and follow up later.
