The interview process had 3 stages. First, we met and chatted about the agency, its history, and then about the job opening and the role. After that chat, we scheduled another one since the vacancy was for a pair, and we talked again about the tasks, the client, the agency, etc. Lastly, there was one more interview to finalize the economic proposal.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a long, dull, and stupid process. Management was unprofessional, and there were lies and verbal promises that didn't happen. I interviewed 5 times, 4 via Skype and once with the client. They asked for an assignment, which is fine, and also for website recommendations to take to the client.
