It started with a phone call with the recruiter, then a Zoom interview with an Area Director. After that, I had a 2-hour in-person 'day in the life' visit with a different Area Director. The final step was a Zoom interview with the Regional Director. The whole thing took about 2 weeks. They move pretty fast if they think you're a good candidate who might get other offers. On the final interview day, I got the offer that afternoon – the interview was at 11 am and the offer was sent by 4:14 pm.

It was a chatty interview, mostly focused on general fit rather than specific skills. The main point was to show you're friendly, optimistic, and a good collaborator. They asked about my past work and why I was interested in this particular role – always have a good answer ready for that last one.
