Customer Support Agent
I had a really weird and unprofessional interview with an AI robot. It asked 22 questions and lasted about 40 minutes. After that, I waited for feedback, but all I got was a rejection email with no explanation. I emailed HR multiple times asking for specific reasons for the rejection, but it was no use. I'm super disappointed with how unprofessional and vague the whole process was. I really think they just use our interviews to train their AI model, which is so frustrating. I'm completely sure no human reviewed my interview. You only train their AI robot and you won't find any professional attitude.

- Do you have any future plans, like trips or vacations, or are you planning to relocate?
- Are you looking for a full-time or part-time position? Do you have other jobs or commitments?
Technical Support Consultant
The interview process for the Technical Support Consultant role at SupportYourApp was quite long for an independent contractor gig. It kicked off with submitting my CV and an English test. Then came several technical checks: internet speed, system specs, OS license, and even confirming I had a headset and backup power. After that, I had to answer video interview questions about my availability, teamwork, and tech background. About a month later, I had a live interview with a recruiter. I did everything they asked and felt I closely matched the requirements for their project. But in the end, I got a standard rejection saying my skills didn't fit their current project. I suspect it might have been about salary expectations more than my qualifications, as I met all their skill and readiness criteria. They didn't give any specific feedback, which made the whole extensive process feel like a waste of time.
- Could you describe your professional background and the duties you handled in your previous roles?
- Are you experienced in analyzing logs?
- Are you familiar with the independent contractor work model, and is it something you're open to?
Data Technician
I first applied for the Data Technician job and was impressed with how fast things started. After I did the one-way interview and gave them my details, they told me I didn't get it. But they said I might be a good fit for another role, Customer Support Consultant, which was nice to hear. So I went ahead and interviewed for that too, but again, they said I wasn't selected. I didn't really get much feedback on why I wasn't a good fit for either job. I know they can't pick everyone, but not knowing why I didn't get picked, especially after they moved me to another role, was pretty disappointing. It would have been really helpful to have more clarity on why I didn't move forward.

Customer Support Representative
I went through a 20-day hiring process with SupportYourApp. Things seemed to be going well; I had several interviews, gave them all the info they needed, and got good feedback all along. But, after my last interview, they suddenly rejected me with no real explanation, even though they had previously said I was a good fit. The whole thing felt like a waste of time and was not well-organized. If they didn't have openings, why put candidates through such a long and pointless process? They mentioned keeping me in mind for future roles, but after spending almost three weeks on this, that's not much comfort. It was a really frustrating and unprofessional experience. If you're thinking of applying, be ready for a lengthy process that might just end in a sudden rejection for no good reason.
- Are you available to work night shifts?
- Do you own an uninterruptible power supply (UPS)?
- Could you tell me about your prior work history?
