The interview process went quite fast despite the multiple stages but after the interview with the recruiter there was a silence for over a week. I got a rejection update immediately in response on my follow-up email but couldn't get any feedback on the position's requirements that were not met with my application.

Presentation Case Other

I started with some video recordings for the application. Then, I had an interview. During this, I had to show proof of my internet speed and PC settings. I also did a language test and a case-solving test for the position. I ended up accepting a lower salary than I wanted. Unfortunately, I didn't get the job in the end.

Behavioral Presentation Other

It was a really long and tiring interview process, kind of like what others have described. They initially declined me but then suggested another position, which felt like a bait and switch. I had to complete all the testing, provide screenshots, and computer specs, and more. The interview itself was straightforward, followed by a long PowerPoint presentation. It seemed promising overall, but what stood out was their consistent refusal to disclose the salary, even after I asked twice via email and during the process. They never provided a range. Then, at the very end of the interview, they directly asked about my salary expectations, specifically 'how low will you go for the first 3 months' and 'how low will you work for after the first three months.' My advice is, if you're okay with $700 USD a month, then go for it, because this company doesn't pay more than that.
