The interview process included an AI video interview, a few language tests, and then an interview with the HR team, followed by another one with the project manager. It was a very clear process with support throughout the introduction. Everyone was welcoming and friendly.

Had a self-interview via Workable website. It was 45 minutes long with 12 questions. They use modern tech to record your answers. It was quite boring and a really weird way to interview. The first interview was a self-interview assessment online via video recording. I'm waiting for the results and the hr will contact me via email. The second interview is a planned interview with an hr executive.

I went through a 20-day hiring process with SupportYourApp. Things seemed to be going well; I had several interviews, gave them all the info they needed, and got good feedback all along. But, after my last interview, they suddenly rejected me with no real explanation, even though they had previously said I was a good fit. The whole thing felt like a waste of time and was not well-organized. If they didn't have openings, why put candidates through such a long and pointless process? They mentioned keeping me in mind for future roles, but after spending almost three weeks on this, that's not much comfort. It was a really frustrating and unprofessional experience. If you're thinking of applying, be ready for a lengthy process that might just end in a sudden rejection for no good reason.
