Software Engineer
I went through 5 interviews in total. First, I talked to a recruiter. Then, I had a chat with a director that covered both technical and non-technical topics. After that, there were two interviews that were purely technical. To wrap things up, I met with a manager and a product owner. I really liked the whole process; everyone was professional, but also nice and approachable. The recruiter was great at keeping me in the loop about everything. The technical interviews felt like a collaboration where I was the one typing and guiding the solution. It felt like they genuinely wanted to see me succeed and find the right fit. No weird tricks or surprises.

Customer Success Manager
The interview process was one of the best I've experienced. It kicked off with a recruiter screen call, followed by a hiring manager interview. Then, there was a peer interview, and it concluded with a presentation focused on a growth scenario. The recruiters were really helpful in getting me ready for each stage, and the hiring manager was super involved. She even let me practice my presentation and gave me feedback to make sure I nailed it. Every interaction showed how a company can live its values through transparency, inclusion, and empowerment.
- Can you share some standard scenario-based questions?

UX Researcher
The interview process felt really well-organized and thorough, but not crazy compared to other research roles I've seen. I liked that it started with a phone screen where they really laid out the process, talked about salary, and company culture. I barely spoke on that 30-minute call, but it was good, informative, and matched what they said would happen. After that, there was a 1-on-1 with the manager, a presentation of my past research, a panel interview where I tackled a hypothetical Stack research problem, and then a final meet-and-greet with a senior leader. The whole thing took a bit over a month, but that was partly my fault because I got sick and had to reschedule, and they were really cool about it.
- Can you tell me about a difficult project you were involved in?
- Share an instance where you presented research findings to senior management.
- How would you handle a situation where the company's chosen path diverges from your research findings?
Procurement Analyst
The recruiter reached out via email and then we had an initial phone screen. After that, I met with 7 other people, including the hiring manager, and folks from finance, IT, and legal. All of these interviews were 30 minutes long and conducted over Zoom. A few days after the last interview, the recruiter called to say they were impressed but chose someone with more contract experience. I appreciated the call instead of being ghosted, but it seems inaccurate because the job was immediately reposted, which left a bad impression. I tried to reach out to discuss it further but never heard back.
- Do you have any experience dealing with SaaS contracts?
