The interview process was one of the best I've experienced. It kicked off with a recruiter screen call, followed by a hiring manager interview. Then, there was a peer interview, and it concluded with a presentation focused on a growth scenario. The recruiters were really helpful in getting me ready for each stage, and the hiring manager was super involved. She even let me practice my presentation and gave me feedback to make sure I nailed it. Every interaction showed how a company can live its values through transparency, inclusion, and empowerment.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process involved a recruiter, hiring manager, and VP. It was the WORST company I’ve ever interviewed at. I had interviewers late or just no show to the interview after preparing. I found the management team I spoke too to come across condensing and borderline rude. To then receive no feedback or no rejection. It all appears to be a facade at Stack, check out some of the other candidates experiences, in hindsight you’re best off elsewhere, there are many companies who have an amazing process and value their candidates time and effort.

Started with a quick chat with a recruiter, then a brief interview with the hiring manager. After that, I had an interview with a teammate and then did a short mock QBR presentation. Everyone on the team was really nice and smart, and it seems like a great company overall. However, they really messed up by never following up to let me know if I got the job or not, especially after I made it all the way to the end.

  • Can you explain how you manage your book of business?
  • What is your technical aptitude like?
  • Describe your experience with the QBR process.
