The interview process was quick. There was a call with the talent acquisition person first. Then I moved to a virtual interview with the Marketing Manager, who was very experienced. It was more of a conversation to understand our working styles and what we are both looking for in the role. The final interview was face-to-face with HR at their office, which gave a better understanding of the work culture and office location.

this outsourced agency initially told me there would be two rounds of interviews, but it ended up being four, and one of those was rescheduled last minute, which was really inconvenient. after completing all the interviews, they asked for my job acceptance without providing any details about the salary or benefits package. they later sent me an email with just the monthly salary and pressured me to give a response within two days. i accepted the offer, only for them to inform me on the following week that they were still "under discussion" about the offer and would update me the next day. the next day came and went with no updates at all. the lack of communication, transparency, and overall professionalism was incredibly disappointing. after accepting the offer, i was left in limbo with no clear next steps.

It was quite disorganized. I ended up speaking with three different people for what felt like a single interview, and I had to repeat the same questions to each of them. I really think they could have all been in the same room at once instead of calling people in one by one. Also, some of the people they mentioned would be there for my interview weren't, and others showed up instead. Honestly, I've experienced much better interviews.

Behavioral Technical

It was a 3 stage process. The first stage was a recruiter call, followed by two 'in house' interviews. The interviews included history-based questions, a request to explain my CV, and discussions about challenges I've faced and my interest in the role. There were also some more probing/challenging questions related to ethics and resilience.
