There are two interviews planned. The first interview will be an initial call with the HR advisor. If that goes well, the second interview will be with the Perth office. After those are completed, they will have a finalising call with the HR advisor to share their decision.

I applied and a recruiter gave me a ring the very next day. We chatted for like 30 minutes about the company and the job. It was super thorough, and the recruiter was really nice. They asked some questions to get to know me and make sure I was a good fit. After that first call, I had an in-person interview with two managers at the office that went on for about an hour. It was pretty standard interview questions with a couple of trickier ones, but mostly we just got to know each other and talked about the role.
