The process was smooth, I met with a few stakeholders and got to see their office. They were transparent about the process and answered all my questions. A tip would be to focus on sales motivation, track record and willingness to BD.

It was a 3 stage process. The first stage was a recruiter call, followed by two 'in house' interviews. The interviews included history-based questions, a request to explain my CV, and discussions about challenges I've faced and my interest in the role. There were also some more probing/challenging questions related to ethics and resilience.

I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn, and after completing an innovative assessment test, we set up an initial phone call to discuss the position. The information about the role and company was very exciting. The next day, I had a phone interview with the recruiter, and I was very happy to be interviewing with Spencer Ogden, as their progressive and ethical values seemed to align with mine. However, despite thanking the recruiter and declining other offers to be available for this company, I haven't received any reply or update in two weeks. This lack of communication is unprofessional, especially for a recruitment company, as follow-ups and communication are crucial in their line of work.
