The interview process was pretty straightforward and not too difficult. They asked me some questions about how I'd manage customers and deal with different workplace procedures. There were also some questions about me personally, like how I'd handle conflict situations and what my weaknesses are. The hiring staff were very nice throughout the interview, and I felt pretty calm during it all.
