First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SoulCycle.
Software Developer
It was a good, short, and direct chat with the manager, recruiter, and client, discussing the selection process steps and the role you'd be leading within the company. Overall, I recommend participating.
- What does the company mean to you?
- What is your biggest motivation?
- Tell me a little about yourself.
Studio Crew
Pretty relaxed interview. It's done over zoom, and if they like you, they'll ask you to ride along as a next step. They'll ask about your weekend availability, but most studios are pretty flexible depending on how many people they have.
- Have you ever attended a spin class before?
Front Desk Staff
It was a pretty easy and fast interview process. They had me take a ride, and then I chatted with the manager. The questions were pretty open-ended, mostly about my general skills and if I was eager to work. Overall, it was a straightforward process, and I got offered the job pretty soon after the interview.
- What makes you want to join Soulcycle?
Manager
Applied 3 months ago and then got an HR interview. The interview went well, but then I got ghosted by the recruiter. I sent follow-up emails but got no response. It's disappointing because other recruiters would update me on the role status, even if they were behind. This recruiter at SoulCycle had no accountability or respect for candidates.
- Can you share your experience?
