The process was quick, with good receptivity. They asked technical questions and about fitting into the work environment. There were two levels: one with HR and another with the team lead, both happening within the same week but with a couple of days in between.

First, a phone call to set up the interview. Then, a video call with HR and the Engineering team. After that, a visit to the plant to see how things are made (you'll have to cover your own transport for this). You'll meet the team in person and ask any questions you have. Next, a psychometric test done by an external consultant, which they cover the costs for (again, you'll pay for your own transport). If all goes well, they'll present a job offer.

Behavioral Other

I had a really bad time with an HR person at the North Richland Hills location. It was the strangest and rudest hiring process I've ever been through. I'm only writing this because I found out others had weird experiences with her too. For instance, she called me for an interview, said something mean when I picked up, and then said she was too busy to talk. She also claimed she didn't have my number even though she called me, and that she didn't have my resume, but then asked me about things on it. She bizarrely said my resume was trash after saying she didn't have it. She also said I wasn't physically able to do the job, even though she'd never met me and I have years of experience. Then she put down my fast-food job, saying it wasn't a real job. And that wasn't even the worst part. Later, she called me back and said I got the job, told me my shift, pay, pay increases, to get steel-toe boots, that it would be hard, about orientation and the probation period, and mandatory overtime. She said I'd get another call but I never heard from her again and she didn't reply to any of my messages or calls.
