Recruiter reached out, and I had a meeting with the HR Recruiter. The agent never heard back from the company on anything. Complete radio silence even after following up. Not a professional way.

So, the interview process can be a bit drawn out, you know, since there are five people interviewing you: an external recruiter, someone from HR, the Internal Audit Manager, the VP of Finance, and the Internal Audit Director. Some of these chats might be over Skype, which can add its own set of issues. Just a heads-up, they conduct interviews in both English and Spanish. Having experience at one of the big-four firms is a big plus for this role.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I spoke with a recruiter who's been with the company for a while. They asked some general questions and also inquired about my willingness to travel for the job. Unfortunately, I didn't move forward. Honestly, it wasn't a great fit for me personally, so I wasn't too bummed. However, the lack of follow-up from the recruiter was quite unprofessional and not a good impression of the company. I'd suggest they improve their communication with future candidates.
