Shift Lead
It was really simple! We talked about my past jobs and when I could work. They're looking for someone who's eager to work. They did ask if I was in high school or had other commitments, but besides that, it was straightforward!
- Could you tell me about your previous work experience?
- Are you currently attending high school?
- Do you have any other existing commitments or obligations?
Team Member
The interview process was very easy. I handed in my CV and received a phone call. Then I sat in the store for the interview and was asked a few simple questions. After a few hours of training, I was put on the rota.
- What makes you a good fit for this position?
General Manager
Great process! Although not selected at this time I was given great feedback and asked to reapply. I will look into another role as I would be delighted to work for the company they have great food and everytime I've visited I've had excellent service
- What makes you want to work here?
Cashier
I got a call one afternoon and the owner asked me to come in the next day for an interview. This was about a week after I applied. I went in and asked for the owner. A manager told me he wasn't there yet and to go grab a drink and sit down. I waited about 15 minutes. The manager then came over with some paperwork for legal name, SSN, address, etc. and left me to fill it out. When the interview started, they took the paperwork and my resume. They asked me some basic questions and gave me compliments. They told me I'd be working in the front of the house, what my job would be, and how things worked. I said it sounded good and asked to come in after two days to fill out more paperwork, get a uniform, and get a tour. My first day of work would be the day after that. I don't need much more training and I'm doing pretty good for my first job.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
- What makes you want to work here?
- How do you see yourself being a good fit for this role?
