The interview was super professional but also really chill and friendly. The person interviewing me made it feel comfortable, so I could talk and share my ideas easily. They were professional the whole time, but their friendly vibe helped me relax. It was a good experience overall, a nice mix of professional and welcoming.

I found the job on LinkedIn and applied online. The interview process was pretty standard, and they asked some questions directly about my resume. It kicked off with a panel interview (2 people interviewing me). If you passed that, you went straight into a final interview on the same day. Luckily, I got through the final interview and they offered me the job right then, along with other new grads.

I applied through an employee referral and it took me almost 3 weeks for the entire process. The HR staff who handled my interview process acted very unprofessionally. She considered me to the role without checking my qualifications. I passed all the interviews, starting with the HR, then the Supervisor, Operation Manager, and finally the Vice president of the Operation team. The sad thing is that upon job offer, my employment was put on hold due to reasons concerning my qualifications. They didn't check the educational requirements before considering someone for the position they are offering. It was a waste of time and effort. Very unprofessional.
