The hiring process involves a series of written tests and interviews. The HR department will keep you informed about your performance and the subsequent stages. They are helpful if you have any queries and will guide you on what to expect next. The hiring manager you speak with is also professional.
- Can you describe your past work experiences that are relevant to the duties of this position?
Data Scientist Intern
The interview was super professional but also really chill and friendly. The person interviewing me made it feel comfortable, so I could talk and share my ideas easily. They were professional the whole time, but their friendly vibe helped me relax. It was a good experience overall, a nice mix of professional and welcoming.
- Can you list the machine learning models you are familiar with?
SAP Specialist
I found the job on LinkedIn and applied online. The interview process was pretty standard, and they asked some questions directly about my resume. It kicked off with a panel interview (2 people interviewing me). If you passed that, you went straight into a final interview on the same day. Luckily, I got through the final interview and they offered me the job right then, along with other new grads.
- What makes you the most suitable candidate for this role?
Operation Support Specialist
I applied through an employee referral and it took me almost 3 weeks for the entire process. The HR staff who handled my interview process acted very unprofessionally. She considered me to the role without checking my qualifications. I passed all the interviews, starting with the HR, then the Supervisor, Operation Manager, and finally the Vice president of the Operation team. The sad thing is that upon job offer, my employment was put on hold due to reasons concerning my qualifications. They didn't check the educational requirements before considering someone for the position they are offering. It was a waste of time and effort. Very unprofessional.
- Can you describe your experience with operation processes?
