The interview went just fine. The questions were situational and required sharing experiences, particularly on working with groups. The HR Officer assessed my ability to be a team player and a leader. The questions followed a template, making them consistent for all applicants. The interviewer's use of both English and Filipino made me feel more comfortable. However, the HR is still waiting for feedback from the department.

It was about an hour long and consisted of common hr interview questions. The interviewer was nice and conversational. No technical questions were asked, just asked to list my activities and focus on leadership skills.
