I applied for the PLDT internship program, but since Smart and PLDT are sister companies, I was hired by Smart instead. Usually, there are three interviews, but I only had one with an HR person from Smart.

The interview went just fine. The questions were situational and required sharing experiences, particularly on working with groups. The HR Officer assessed my ability to be a team player and a leader. The questions followed a template, making them consistent for all applicants. The interviewer's use of both English and Filipino made me feel more comfortable. However, the HR is still waiting for feedback from the department.
