First, the talent acquisition team will call you to set the schedule and venue for the interview. The interview is split into 2 parts: HR Interview on the 1st day and Technical Interview on the 2nd day. After the first interview, you might have to wait about a week for the technical interview. For the technical interview, I thought it would be very technical, but the manager actually asked me the same questions from the HR interview. The only question that stood out as different was about my college thesis. After the second interview, you'll wait another week, and then they'll call to let you know if you're hired and which department you'll be assigned to. Following that, they'll give you a list of requirements to complete, so make sure you have all the necessary documents ready for a smooth process because there are quite a few.

I applied online and the next day, they reached out to schedule an interview for the following day. The HR person who interviewed me explained that there are three interview stages: first, behavioral, second, technical, and the third, which I don't recall. They asked behavioral questions like 'Tell me something about yourself' and 'What is your expected salary?'. The interviewer was friendly, but when she saw my TOR and noticed my failing grades, she seemed disappointed. I figured then that I wouldn't proceed. She mentioned they would contact me via email or text if I passed to move to the technical stage. Two days later, I got an email saying I wasn't shortlisted. So, for Smart applications, having no failing grades seems crucial.

I applied online and was contacted by HR within two days. The HR representative called to check my availability. After I provided a suitable time, we had a brief chat. The interview focused on basic behavioral and educational topics, particularly relating to my college experience, as I'm a recent graduate. It was about 20 minutes long. Towards the end, the interviewer inquired about my availability for a technical assessment and my potential start date. She was very friendly and accommodating, asking me to stay available for further contact. It's only been three days since the call, so I'm still waiting for any feedback, positive or negative.
