The interview process had 3 rounds. First, there was a Hirevue interview with about 7 questions, and after that, some online assessments. The Hirevue questions asked me to explain why I chose my top 3 projects for the internship. Second, I had a 24-hour essay assignment, about 400-500 words. The question was straightforward and mostly related to the internship project I would be assigned to. Third, I interviewed with the hiring manager. They asked basic questions like elaborating on my resume and how I would handle certain scenarios. They also asked about the essay to check my thought process and reasoning.

The interview process included an online video interview, an on-the-spot group case interview, and a case interview where I had 24 hours to prepare materials beforehand. The follow-up questions for both case interviews were quite challenging, really testing my understanding of the EDB's strategic role and its implementation. It was a positive experience overall, with very professional interviewers who kept me informed. I was a bit disappointed not to have been told about the group panel interview in advance; I thought I was just preparing for an individual case interview. It was an unfortunate situation, but it was a good learning experience nonetheless.

Started with impress.ai forms, which was a long but necessary application step. After that, there was an online assessment focusing on economic knowledge, where justification seemed more important than right/wrong answers. The next stage was the most intensive: an individual written assessment (45 mins), followed by a group business case discussion and presentation to a panel (1 hour 30 mins), and finally a group dialogue with panelists (20 mins). The whole thing took about 4 hours. I felt it was a bit crowded with too many people, making it hard to really stand out.

First there was an online aptitude test. Then, a case presentation round where I was given a case beforehand to prepare a 10-slide presentation. They cut it short to an elevator pitch due to time constraints. They also asked some get-to-know-you questions. The final round was a group interview where we talked about our motivations for joining and had to collaborate with 3 others on a topic given on the spot.
