First there was an online aptitude test. Then, a case presentation round where I was given a case beforehand to prepare a 10-slide presentation. They cut it short to an elevator pitch due to time constraints. They also asked some get-to-know-you questions. The final round was a group interview where we talked about our motivations for joining and had to collaborate with 3 others on a topic given on the spot.

Behavioral Presentation Case

It was a lengthy process with 4 rounds of interviews with HR, SM, VP and EVP. There was also a 48-hour assignment that involved a written report and a presentation package. They usually get back in about a week to set up the next stage. The HR also set up catch-ups intermittently to align on the process. The people were friendly, smart, and sharp.
