I applied online and then had a Teams interview with the hiring manager and their manager. After that, I had a second, face-to-face interview with the same people. Unfortunately, after the interview, there was no communication from the company. Even after following up with HR, I never heard back. It's really unprofessional to ghost candidates after they've invested time and effort to prepare and attend interviews, only to be left without a decision update!

The process was straightforward. I had a single in-person interview. The interviewers were pleasant and genuinely seemed invested in their work. However, it's evident that there are significant shortcomings, and staff are overloaded—especially considering they're known for ghosting. It was disheartening to travel there only to receive no follow-up, and I hope they improve their practices.

The interview experience was alright, but I was hoping for some follow-up after passing several interviews. It's been 6 months since my 4th interview for the role, and I still haven't heard back, which I take as a 'No.' However, you'd think after four interviews, they would at least get in touch. Each time I inquired about an update, they mentioned no decision had been made yet.

I had just one interview, and the questions were pretty standard, nothing too weird or tough. I talked with the two people who would be my supervisors. I exchanged emails with HR, but didn't have an interview with them. They were really nice, and I actually enjoyed the interview! The whole hiring process moved super fast. I heard back from my application in about a week, and it only took 10 days from that first email to getting an offer. Everyone I've interacted with has been really pleasant and friendly! I imagine the interview process might vary a bit depending on the specific department or imprint of the role.
