I applied online and then had a Teams interview with the hiring manager and their manager. After that, I had a second, face-to-face interview with the same people. Unfortunately, after the interview, there was no communication from the company. Even after following up with HR, I never heard back. It's really unprofessional to ghost candidates after they've invested time and effort to prepare and attend interviews, only to be left without a decision update!

HR reached out to set up the interview by email. First, I met with the head of the department, and then I met with the head of the division. After the second interview, I had to follow up with HR because I had not heard back within the timeframe they mentioned.
