The team was really quick to set up all the interview rounds, and the questions were pretty standard, flowing nicely into more of a conversation with the hiring managers. I really enjoyed talking with everyone. I had a negative experience overall because it took them more than two months to get back to me and let me know they hired someone else. I reached out a few times, but there was almost no communication from them about the process, which was really disappointing in how it was handled.

The interview process for this job had seven rounds. Most of the people I spoke with were nice and knowledgeable. However, I was told I'd hear back in a few weeks, but it's been two months with no response even after following up, which is very unprofessional after seven rounds. It was also clear they don't streamline their screening, as I was asked the same questions multiple times on forms and by different people. An HR person stopped asking questions 20 minutes into a 45-minute interview, which felt awkward.

It was a long process with no clear endpoint. I applied online and got a recruiter phone screen, then another phone interview with a senior leader. After a few weeks, I had a group interview and several 1:1s with senior leaders, meeting about 12-14 people in total. Then, hiring was paused due to budget issues. A month later, I was invited to meet with HR leadership, but then I never heard back, even after sending two follow-up emails. The people I met were friendly, and the teams seemed okay with their roles, not thrilled. A concern was the focus on in-office work and resistance to virtual meetings, suggesting a lack of trust from some leaders.
