The interview was super easy, not difficult at all. They wanted to know about my past experiences, why I liked the department, and had some questions about my understanding of the department and its terminology. They were really helpful and gave a good rundown of what the job, the department, and the management team are like.

I applied and got contacted about a week later to schedule a zoom interview which was two weeks after that. The interview questions were pretty straightforward. They told me they were still interviewing other people for a few more weeks, which I thought was strange since I had already waited two weeks for my interview. I eventually heard back about two months later that I didn't get the job, but at that point, I kind of expected it.
