The interview process had two rounds in total. The first round involved three interviewers, and the second round had one interviewer. It was an average interview process. Many thoughtful questions were asked in the first round by both interviewers. The second round was much easier, and the overall experience was great.

So I had this HR Onboarding Coordinator interview scheduled, but honestly, the whole thing was super unprofessional. The recruiter actually canceled on me last minute on the interview day without giving a clear reason. They asked me to reschedule, which I did, but then they never even called me back at the new time. It's been over three months now, and I still haven't heard anything back, not even a rejection email. It's crazy how little communication there was, and it felt like they didn't respect my time at all. If this is how they treat people trying to get a job, I dread to think how they treat their actual employees. Seriously, it was a total waste of my time and left me with a really bad impression of the company.

I first applied online for a Student Specialist position. About two weeks later, I got a call about interviewing and got more details on the role. They then offered me the Student Support Assistant role instead because of my experience. I was really interested in the work and the company's mission, so I said yes. My second interview was with the Assistant Director of School Partnerships and the Clinical Supervisor. I haven't heard back about whether I got the job.

The whole process took me about 5 weeks. They first called me to set up a group interview. The group interview took 2 full hours and had 6 other people who were mostly interviewing for different positions in different locations, so it didn't feel too competitive. Next, they called me to invite me to interview with 2 directors of the program. This was a pretty straightforward interview with standard questions as well as requiring examples of your past experiences and how you handled them. They called me immediately to set up a 1 hour interactive interview at one of the public schools they work with. I had no guidelines on how this interview was supposed to go or what was expected of me. When I arrived, the interviewer was unfriendly and I could tell she immediately disliked me, or was extremely annoyed I was disrupting her day. She told me that she would be watching how I interact with the kids and adults, but not to be too coddling or give the kids too much attention. I was confused, but I feel I did my best considering the vague instructions. I only got to spend 20 minutes with the kids outside for recess and 10 minutes inside the classroom, so I couldn't really get a feel for the job. She ended the interview by asking me a few questions, and I left with a bad gut feeling. Sure enough, a few days later HR called saying I was not recommended for that position, but I might be a fit for a position in one of their non-public schools. I had to do yet another interactive interview, except this one was 3 hours, 2 hours in the classrooms and 1 talking to the director. This one went much better as I was able to actually see how the job would be like and interact more with the kids. About a week later, I was contacted with an offer.
