This process took over a month, which felt super long. It was a bit of a letdown because each interview had a different person, which made things worse. Some interviewers seemed to get what I was saying, but later it turned out they didn't. I saw online it was a waste of time, but I gave it a shot anyway and got to the case study. In the end, they told me they were moving on with other candidates. If you're jobless and have tons of free time, go for it, but don't get your hopes up. And seriously, don't make people prepare take-home or case studies that need more than 2 hours of work.

The interview was a one-hour video call with two people for the Product Analytics Intern role. I had to present a case study and talk through my analysis, what I assumed, and why I made the choices I did. They asked follow-up questions to check out my problem-solving, how I think about data, and how well I communicate. It was a good chat about analytical thinking, caring about data quality, and always wanting to learn more. It felt professional and well-organized.

I applied for the Graduate Software Engineer role. First, I got an online assessment via Vervoe. They told me to practice JS, but the technical questions were MCQs about general programming, with only one JS question. The assessment also had behavioral questions where I had to respond on video within 3 minutes, but Vervoe's video processing was bad, and I couldn't see my own responses. I don't think MCQs are a good way to assess programming skills.

The interview process started with a casual phone call from HR/Recruitment to go over your background. Next, there was an interview with the hiring manager, which was also pretty casual and focused on your work experience. The last stage was a technical interview with the hiring manager and two engineers. The whole process was alright, but you might have to reach out to HR/Recruitment yourself because they tend to go silent if you don't follow up. My suggestion for the hiring team is to keep candidates updated and provide clear feedback if they aren't selected.
