- Why do you want to work at Seek?
Graduate Program
The interview process kicked off with an assessment center. Stage 1 was a group activity, followed by Stage 2, an individual interview, both on the same day. The next day, we had Stage 3, which was a pair programming interview.
- Describe a situation where your team or colleagues disagreed with you, and explain how you convinced them to see your point of view.

It was a 3-part process. First, I had to fill out a form with two questions about my personal interests. Then, I recorded a video interview where I was asked three questions. I had a good amount of time to prepare and could re-record it as many times as I needed. Finally, there was a 90-minute coding challenge with three questions of varying difficulty; the last one was pretty tough and I was racing against the clock.
- What problem important to you would you solve if given a 12-month break and how would you go about it?
