Had one phone call with the recruiter and then two in-person interviews with a senior manager and another manager. It was pretty easy and straightforward, with behavioral and situational questions. The phone interview was short. The in-person interview lasted about 45 minutes to an hour.

So after you apply, they look at your resume. Then you'll get a call or an email to set up an in-person interview. On that day, they'll ask you some questions. If they decide to offer you the job, you'll have to take a swab test, provide some important info, and they'll take your picture for your ID.

I interviewed here two years ago. It was one of the most unprofessional and bizarre experiences. They knew my address, but scheduled an online interview without an in-person option. When I stated my location, they got angry that I was doing an online interview. I have a master's and two years of relevant experience. I answered questions competently, but when my opinion on the threat posed by a specific group in Mexico differed from the interviewer's, he mocked me and laughed instead of discussing my reasoning. Differences in opinion are common in this field, and my view wasn't fringe. It felt like the interview was meant to humiliate me and prove his superiority, and I suspect there was a gendered element as I am a woman. The rest of the interview was unprofessional. I left flabbergasted and decided to withdraw my application. Companies should not harass or dismiss interviewees, especially those in the same industry. I've warned others away from applying here and shared my unprofessional experience with SIS.

I submitted my resume online after a referral from an employee and a recruiter called me about 3 days later. The recruiter asked me several questions about my experience and called me an "outstanding candidate" and scheduled an in person interview. The next day the recruiter called me to say the customer thinks my resume is impressive but they declined to move forward with me. The recruiter admitted she was quite confused about the rejection and offered her apology. I then found out from my colleague that the position was already pre-selected with a candidate that the customer groomed for the position.
