First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Security Industry Specialists.
Recruiting Coordinator
Had one phone call with the recruiter and then two in-person interviews with a senior manager and another manager. It was pretty easy and straightforward, with behavioral and situational questions. The phone interview was short. The in-person interview lasted about 45 minutes to an hour.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What would you say are your strengths and weaknesses?
Recruiting Coordinator
The Recruiting Manager reached out to me. We had an initial phone screen, then they set up an in person interview. The in person interview was really unprofessional. I'm not sure if he was sick or high, but they should have rescheduled. They never followed up, which makes me question their recruiting skills.
- What's something people wrongly assume about you?
Recruiter
The first interview was a phone call, scheduled for 30 minutes but it went longer. Then there will be an in person interview, and the last interview will be over the phone.
- Would you be okay with phone calls making up about 80% of your work?
- Can you manage calls with clients who might be challenging?
