It was a really straightforward and fast interview. They did a basic background check and just confirmed I knew what the job involved. The person interviewing me was nice and helped figure out if I was a good fit. A big part of the chat was about what shifts and work locations I could do over the next year. They also made it clear upfront that shifts are given on a first-come basis and there's no guarantee of work.

After applying, I had a Recruiter Call. Then I went in person for an interview with the Ops Manager. They really want people who are Yes Men and will conform to their way of thinking. Be careful what you say because they all think and act the same, and they hire a specific type of person. They also don't like it if you've worked for Allied or any agency that used to do business with them.

You begin by submitting an application through their website or any available job posting. If your application is successful, you'll proceed to an interview with an HR representative, likely the person who contacted you. The final stage involves an interview with a Watch Commander.

  • If you have common sense or you've been in security for awhile you'll do fine.
