The interview process started with a first-round that was mostly behavioural and motivational questions. The second round involved a 45-minute case study on a sustainability project. The interviewer led this part with 5 questions, and I had 2 minutes to prepare before each one. Finally, there was a call with the hiring manager.

The interview was about 40 minutes with my two direct bosses. It was pretty casual since it was an internship in innovation, so no technical questions were asked. Instead, they wanted to see how I could navigate concepts. We also discussed my responsibilities if I were to be hired.

The first part was a 30-minute fit section where they asked basic questions about my resume and background, building on my previous answers. The second part was a 20-minute technical section focusing on financial statements, like explaining the components of a cash flow statement and discussing valuation multiples for a company such as KONE.

Behavioral Case Technical

So there was a recruiter call first, then I talked to the hiring manager. After that, I had to do a case study. The final round was an interview with both the hiring manager and the head of customer experience. It was a decent process overall, but sadly I didn't get the job because they ended up going with someone internal.
