The interview was about 40 minutes with my two direct bosses. It was pretty casual since it was an internship in innovation, so no technical questions were asked. Instead, they wanted to see how I could navigate concepts. We also discussed my responsibilities if I were to be hired.

It was a good but really drawn-out interview process. Started with some online tests, then I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager. The interview itself was more focused on personality and understanding my motivations for wanting the position rather than deep technical skills.
