Sales Development Representative
It’s a two round interview process. The first round is with the recruiter, and if you pass that, she’ll prep you for the second round which includes a role-play. I really enjoyed speaking with the recruiter, and I thought my interview with the training manager went really well. He started talking about when you’ll start as an SDR and begin your day, not if you will, so I got really excited, but then I didn’t get the job and they didn’t give me a reason why.
- What makes you want to work in software sales?
HR Generalist
The interview process was pretty smooth until the last interview. I made it all the way to the final interview, and then I was rejected without receiving any feedback. In earlier interview stages, I can understand not receiving feedback, but finishing the final interview and only receiving a rejection without any feedback felt like a waste of time. First, there was the recruiter phone screen. Then the team interview with the Senior BP/Director. Then I had another interview with another HR Director. Finally, an interview with the COO. The recruiter I was working with was fantastic.
- Can you tell me how you manage your time?
Technical Support Specialist
The interview process started with a recruiter call that went really well and seemed like a good fit for both sides. I was told there would be an assessment, and then a director/supervisor interview would follow. I was proud of the assessment I submitted. After a week with no reply, I followed up via email. Something felt off, and I decided not to follow up again or look for another recruiter. It's a pity because I can only guess why I was ghosted. A quick rejection would have been better. I believe the negative reviews about shadiness. They might have a fake "wholesome" culture. It's ironic given their advertised fast hiring process. A month later, I got an automated rejection, like a leftover task. I wish them luck and hope they improve their processes after this.

- Why are you interested in this role?
Senior Backend Engineer
The recruiter contacted me and was very friendly. I mentioned I was in the final stages of other interviews, so I requested to speed up the process. She arranged for me to complete a HackerRank assessment before the panel interview. I did well on the HackerRank and the subsequent panel interview also went smoothly. I then informed the recruiter that I had already received an offer. Before the final interview stage, she called to let me know that their VP of Engineering could not match my existing offer, which concluded the interview process. Overall, it was a positive experience.
