Had a chill first call with the recruiter where we talked about the job. Then I talked to the CRO, Mike Hopkins, who was a total sales jerk. He barely answered my questions and asked stuff that was right or wrong, didn't care about me, just sales formulas and if I agreed with him. Next up, if I move forward, is a product pitch presentation – big red flag, asking for free work. Still waiting to hear back, but I'll decline if they offer.

The vibe was super intense, like you had to be amazing right away. I talked to the CRO, Mike Hopkins. I asked him about funding, and he was kinda dismissive, saying I shouldn't be asking about financials in a sales interview, even though that stuff is important for picking a company. Honestly, he barely asked me any questions and mostly just pitched the role and how great it would be for me. There was a point where I didn't talk for like four minutes. I figured out pretty quickly this wasn't the place for me, so I'd say steer clear unless you're really out of options.

Behavioral Presentation

The process was pretty standard. You'll first speak with Talent, who was super communicative and responsive. After that, you'll interview with the VP of Sales. If that interview goes well, you'll have to do a presentation/pitch to the same person. They gave us all the materials we needed to nail the pitch, including a script and system access for demos. Succeeding that, you'll have your final interviews with the COO and CEO. The whole thing took about 3 weeks mainly because of scheduling, but it was a smooth and pleasant experience overall. They were really organized and kept communication flowing.
