The interview process was really fast, just a quick 20-minute call with a recruiter. After that, I got scheduled for a second interview with the hiring manager. In that second round, they asked some basic questions and then had me do a mock sales call. Everyone was super responsive the whole way through.

It’s a two round interview process. The first round is with the recruiter, and if you pass that, she’ll prep you for the second round which includes a role-play. I really enjoyed speaking with the recruiter, and I thought my interview with the training manager went really well. He started talking about when you’ll start as an SDR and begin your day, not if you will, so I got really excited, but then I didn’t get the job and they didn’t give me a reason why.

It started off well. I had two calls with a recruiter, and it seemed like a good match. The recruiter thought so too and moved me to the final stage, which was a meeting with the hiring manager. She mentioned I'd get an email confirmation for the meeting. But then, nothing. I didn't get any email, and the recruiter didn't respond to my follow-up emails over the next week. Eventually, I got an automated rejection. They ghosted me completely without any communication. It felt very unprofessional and disorganized, with conflicting messages.
