Product Ranking Specialist
The whole thing took about two months to complete. First, I had to do a language and skills test, then an assessment, and finally, I had an interview. They kept me updated throughout the process, which was great. The last interview was pretty fun, and everyone there was really nice and treated me with respect.

Account Manager
This company's hiring process was a letdown. It started with a recruiter call that went fine, and they said I was moving on. The hiring manager interview was also easy, we just chatted about the job and my background. But then, crickets. It was super annoying not hearing anything back for weeks. I asked about my application twice, and they only replied way later with a form rejection email, which felt really insulting after being ignored for so long. I can't believe I had to chase them for updates and they didn't bother to keep me in the loop. Super disappointed with how they handled this whole thing. Makes you wonder about a marketing company being so bad at communicating during hiring. I won't apply here again, and it makes sense why their reviews are so bad.
- Can you share your background and experience with us?
- What's your understanding of CTR and SEO?
- If you received 2000 emails simultaneously, how would you decide which ones to handle first?
Creative Manager
My friend referred me for this job. The interview was about two hours long, and before that, I did a 15-minute skills assessment. There were two interviewers. I think it went really well, and I figured if it wasn't going well, it wouldn't have been two hours. The talent manager mentioned they had other interviews planned but felt mine went super well. He also asked if I'd consider another sales role, probably because of my sales background. I said I was focused on the role I applied for but open to other options. I followed up within a week, but heard nothing for a month. I was surprised not to get an offer or even hear back, and my friend who checked in didn't get much info either.
- If you were at your current job, how would you sell us a product?
Software Engineer
I was reached out to by a recruiter on LinkedIn who told me about the company and role for about 30 mins. Then, they set up a technical interview with a VP and a director of engineering. The questions covered Agile, database performance, cloud platforms, .Net, and dependency injection. After that, I had a take-home assessment with 2 questions on database design and a C# coding exercise, which took 3-4 hours. Finally, I had another call with the recruiter which was mostly behavioral questions about handling criticism and difficult colleagues, plus salary negotiation, and lasted 45 mins.
