The interview process was pretty standard. I got a heads-up about the schedule and hopped on 5 minutes early. It seemed like it was going to be a one-on-one, but it turned out to be a panel of three. One person had to bail last minute and just sent over their questions instead. It was a nice chat, and I felt like I nailed all the questions as best I could. The whole thing was supposed to be an hour, but we wrapped up in 45 minutes. They told me I'd hear back about second interviews the next week, with offers coming the week after. I sent a thank you email that afternoon but didn't get anything back, not even a thank you. After a week, I followed up to clear up any questions and get more info for future talks. Still silence. This morning, I got that standard Workday notification saying they reviewed my resume and are moving on with other folks. It's a real bummer to go through the interview and not even get the courtesy of further communication or a personal note saying I didn't make the cut. While the interview itself was professional, the follow-up and follow-through were seriously lacking.

The interview process was pretty standard with usual questions. But, they didn't really dive deep or ask detailed follow-ups. It was average difficulty. I got through three rounds and answered everything, but still no offer. A big bummer was not getting any feedback after the third round.

Behavioral Technical

The first step was a quick 10-minute chat with a recruiter where they asked basic stuff like why I'm interested in the job, what skills I have for it, and how I found out about the opening. After that, I had a second interview with the leadership team. They dove into more situational questions, asking about past experiences like handling coworker conflicts and managing challenging patient interactions.

Submitted my resume online and had a recruiter call. It was nice being able to set up the rest of the interviews with the department online. Then I interviewed with leadership. After that, there was a panel interview with some of my potential peers. The whole process wasn't too long.
