I applied online and got an email to set up a phone interview. About a week later, I had a 30-40 minute phone interview with the hiring manager. Then, an employee on the team sent me a question sheet to fill out and send back. About one to two weeks after that, I got a call with an offer.

Behavioral Presentation

I was contacted after a preliminary interview at a job fair and then did one onsite interview. The first part was with an HR recruiter where they asked scenario questions. You should answer honestly but also consider what they might want to hear, like about values and being patient-centered. The second part was with two managers and was pretty straightforward. One unique question they asked was why I chose this internship over a full-time job. Other than that, most were your typical personality and experience questions. They spent a lot of time telling me about the job I would be in rather than grilling me.

Behavioral Technical

I talked to the manager of the department. It was more of a chat than a formal interview. The manager was super chill, even dropped some curses. Profanity is NOT okay. The interview was supposed to be 30 mins but it went on for an hour. REALLY BAD. If a candidate isn't fitting, the interview should just end when it's supposed to. This felt like a trap and was pretty embarrassing.
