Earned Media Manager
Applied for the role and had a phone screening with HR pretty quickly. They said they'd let me know by the end of the week or early next week, but then I heard nothing for a whole month. They finally got back to me saying I didn't move forward. Apparently, they already hired someone for the role, someone who is friends with the director. I'd suggest better communication, especially when people go through the interview stages. It's disrespectful to people's time and lives.
- HR asked a lot of technical questions, which seemed a bit unusual.
Assistant Manager
The recruiter was really nice and informative, making me feel comfortable while clearly explaining the job and what they expected. I liked that they kept me updated quickly throughout all the steps. The interviewers were also respectful and asked good questions that led to interesting conversations. It seemed like they cared about my experience and also about me as a person. It was a good and motivating experience overall, and I felt good about the job. I appreciated how open and professional they were during the whole thing.
- How do you handle performing under pressure?
Customer Experience Representative
So I sent in my application online, then I had a quick phone chat, and after that, we did a group interview on Teams. I thought we'd be split into smaller rooms to talk, but nope, we all answered questions together with everyone else there.

Graphic Designer
So I had a 45-minute interview and it went great. Right after, I got an offer and they asked for my payroll info, wanting me to start the next week (which was only 4 days away). I sent everything over and asked if they needed anything else, and they said a contract was coming soon. After a week with no contract and several follow-ups, they finally told me the company was restructuring and they'd know in 1-2 weeks if they could still hire me. This was tough because I'd already turned down other interviews waiting for their contract. They made it seem really official. Two more weeks passed with no word; they just left me hanging. I followed up again. Finally, they apologized, saying they found out last week they couldn't hire me. So, they had me waiting for nearly a month for a job they weren't even planning on filling. Totally unprofessional.
- Can you describe your previous work experience?
- How would your past experience translate to this role?
