I got a text call from the store manager and did a quick phone chat. After that, I was invited to a group interview. This group interview was really different, it felt more like a big group therapy session than an interview. We talked about our goals, stuff we like and dislike, and just really chatted. It's a very "hippie" kind of vibe, so if that's not your scene, this job might not be the best fit.
