Emailed my resume and got a call the next day for an interview. They make you fill out a question sheet and take a personality test, say it doesn't affect hiring. The group interview was easy (I thought I did really well!). They go over the company's values and ask how you relate to each one. Took about half an hour, sort of awkward since we were all standing around this table. At the very end, they told us there would be a 'trial run' where you work for an hour and they see how you do, and they'd call at the end of the week to let us know. I didn't get any call and when I called the day after, no one really gave me an answer.
