The recruiter was really nice and informative, making me feel comfortable while clearly explaining the job and what they expected. I liked that they kept me updated quickly throughout all the steps. The interviewers were also respectful and asked good questions that led to interesting conversations. It seemed like they cared about my experience and also about me as a person. It was a good and motivating experience overall, and I felt good about the job. I appreciated how open and professional they were during the whole thing.

I had a pleasant phone screen and then I came in person to the Saje building to do a 1:1 with a Director. It was a great conversation although I came out uncertain on if Saje could support my goals. I followed up twice and haven’t heard anything from HR and that was 4 months ago. I am really disappointed with how unprofessional Saje is.

The process started with a screening phone call with HR, then an Enneagram personality test, followed by another HR check-in. After that, there were interviews with the Hiring Director, CEO, and several other managers. It was a thorough but insightful process aimed at ensuring a mutual fit, and I appreciated that they didn't rush things. The questions were thought-provoking, sparking in-depth conversations that gave me a real sense of what it would be like to work with everyone, which turned out to be accurate. By the time I got the offer, I felt confident it was a great match and had a clear understanding of my potential contributions and goals.
