So we had about 3 rounds of interviews. The first one was with the director, and it was an hour long. Then there was an HR interview, which was shorter, about 20 minutes. And finally, the last interview was with the hiring manager, also an hour long.

Management interviews were good, with a solid process, structure, and interviewers were nice. But after finishing all rounds, the recruiter went silent for months. I only found out later via LinkedIn that they had paused hiring for this position.

It started with a casual intro, letting me chat about my background, what I'm good at, and why I'm keen on this job. Then, we dove into the tech stuff, covering network protocols, how I troubleshoot, and what I know about networking gear and software. After that, they shifted to behavioral questions, asking about how I work in teams, deal with pressure, and sort out conflicts. I shared stories from my past to show I can be effective in a NOC setting.

I got a call in February from HR asking about myself in English, my salary expectations, current salary, and notice period. Then another call was scheduled for a technical interview in April. Three days after that, I was told I passed and scheduled an interview with managers. That interview was non-technical, focusing on on-call, irregular hours, and my previous job. They said I'd get feedback within 3 weeks, but never heard back.
