I had two interviews, one with the agency and then another with the RBS team. They mainly asked general questions about my past experience, my personal and professional values, how I communicate, and if I would be a good fit for the role and the company's culture.

The interview was okay, asked some standard questions about handling escalations and risks. I was interviewed by two people, who seemed a bit new and nervous themselves, which actually helped me relax. What I didn't realize beforehand was that they would also conduct a credit history check after the interview, and any negative findings would result in no offer being extended.

It was a 4 stage interview process. I interviewed with the team manager, some other key people, and wider team members. In one interview, there were 4 people and some looked bored. The questions covered my experience, their own roles, and didn't have too many nice warm introductions.
