Went through the interview process for a C# developer role at RBS. The technical interview was thorough, covering problem-solving and C# knowledge. They assessed coding skills directly and communication was good. Received feedback quickly. The interview process was efficient, which was unexpected for a bank. The company seems to value both technical expertise and teamwork. It's a bank, so expect a corporate environment. Overall, the interview was a positive experience. If you're a C# developer looking for a role that values skills and professionalism, it's worth considering.

Worst interview. The behaviour was very worse. Employees of this company are very arrogant. JD is different and interview questions are different. Don't join this company. If interviewers are arrogant, how worse culture would be. Supporting members for the interview panel are afraid; they keep waiting for the interviewer to come for 20 min. They ask you to join before the scheduled time. For a certain round, they disturb you late at night.
