Behavioral Technical

I had a quick Zoom chat with a first-year analyst. They seemed to be following a script. The conversation was mostly about the market in general, not really about Rothschild specifically. I think it was just to see if I knew what was going on in the market and if I could talk about it. It was pretty standard and structured.

After submitting my application online, I had a 30-minute first-round interview. This was directly followed by an Assessment Center (AC), which took up most of the day. The AC included a group case study, an individual case study, and an interview with two senior bankers. The questions were mainly about motivation and cultural fit, with some easy technical questions.
