It was pretty standard you know, they asked me to talk about my experience and some typical technical questions. The people were nice overall, but it felt like 6-7 rounds of the same type of interview was normal for them. They also seemed a bit disorganized and couldn't reach a decision.

Had a few interviews with the management and the sales team, all of which were in the office. They asked standard questions similar to what you'd find on Google, and we discussed my CV, focusing on my past experience and how I could bring value to the team.

A recruiter reached out to me about an Associate Director position. The interview process felt disorganized and not in a logical sequence. Initially, I interviewed with the hiring manager. Next, I had a second interview with two senior managers from related departments. Both of these interviews were in person, which required me to leave my current job discreetly between meetings. It took a whole month to finally set up a video call with HR. After that video call, I never heard back from them again. It would have made more sense for Rothschild to have scheduled the HR call earlier to save time for everyone involved, including myself and the hiring manager.
