Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

First, you'll have an initial meeting with analysts and associates. They'll ask about why you're interested, your background, and your finance tech skills. Expect some deep technical questions here. Then, you'll meet with a VP for a longer chat. This is where they get into tricky technical stuff, case studies, and see how good you are at analysis. They really want to see if you can tackle tough money problems. Finally, you'll talk with HR. They're checking if you're a good fit culture-wise, if you're motivated, and if you actually want to work at Rothschild & Co. They'll also go over your career goals and see if you align with the company's values.
