It was a very relaxed interview process, with 3 people interviewing me. I got the offer the very next day. It was just one interview round. They did ask some technical questions. I am a Python programmer, but they were looking for someone with an electronics background too. I was upfront about my electronics knowledge being basic, learned at university. They were fine with it.

Technical Behavioral

The interview process was well-organized and professional overall. However, I felt that HR had a very strong presence and influenced the interview flow much more than the project management. The focus was clearly on processes and technical aspects. The environment generally seemed very engineer-driven, factual, and efficient, with little room for a more personal or dialogue-oriented approach. It's definitely a suitable environment for candidates with a strongly technical background.

I applied and got a call from HR which was also the first interview, it was short and not hard. The second and final interview was a written test and a technical discussion about my experience and technical questions. It was long and with 2 future colleagues who were helpful. The written part had 4 sections: Linux, Networking, Voip and SQL.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process began with an initial online screening interview with the manager, who was a Senior Director. This was followed by an onsite interview involving the manager and HR. Primarily, questions focused on my past experiences and my motivation for this role. Next, there were two more interviews with peers, who were also Directors. The final round was supposed to include a presentation on a management topic, and we were expected to do a role-play. Unfortunately, I didn't make it to that last round. Eventually, I received a call from HR informing me that I wasn't selected for the position. However, the HR person mentioned that they liked my profile and would consider me for future openings. So, if I see an interesting position in the future, I should reach out to them.
